On Grief and Loss
This section is about the grief experience and strategies to assist in coping.
“Grief is love which has been made homeless.”
Grief is the very human reaction to the experience of loss –of love, of friendship, of a person who, for any reason, was significant in our lives and is no longer here.
If someone you know has died as a result of road trauma, you will be experiencing a range of emotions and feelings -including possible traumatic effects.
We have links to some fact sheets below which may help you at this time.
Our new Self Care in the Aftermath of Loss four-part Workshops commence February 2015. See Road Trauma Workshops.
