Traumatic events are situations that are either life threatening or have the potential for serious injury to yourself or someone else.
This section addresses common reactions to road trauma, strategies to cope initially, and when it may be time to seek additional help, for those who have experienced road trauma through being first at the scene of an collision or witnessing a collision.
